TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Golden Lemon Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) sells products (hereinafter referred to as the Products) by brands that the Seller owns, as the administrator of the shopping environment (hereinafter referred to as the E-shop).

Terms and Conditions apply to legal relationships that arise between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the Seller. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships that arise when Products are bought from the E-shop are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

Information of the Seller: Golden Lemon OÜ (Reg. no. 11444823), Veerenni 56A, Tallinn, 11313. Estonia.

PRICES

All prices displayed in the E-shop are given in euros and include VAT.

The seller may impose a special condition in relation to product prices.

PRODUCTS

The Products displayed in the E-shop are in stock. The availability of the said Products is not guaranteed, since it can be erroneous due to possible technical problems in the E-shops’s programs.

If the Customer places an order but it appears that the given Product is out of stock, the E-shop cannot execute that order. In this case, an employee of the E-shop will contact the Customer and offer a replacement product, a new possible time of delivery or a refund of the purchase price to the Customer no later than within 7 days.

MAKING A PURCHASE

The Customer selects a desired Product from the E-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to shopping cart”.

To place the order, the Customer must click on the button “Pay”, after which the Customer is forwarded to the order placement page. After entering the required data, the Customer will pay for the product through an Internet bank link and confirm the order by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”. The Seller enables the Customer to pay only on the checkout page featured payment methods through.

After the Customer has paid for the Product, the E-shop will send a confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.

The Customer is obligated to provide necessary and correct information when the order is placed.

The Seller takes no responsibility for not being able to execute the order or any consequences that arise due to incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order.

PAYMENT

The Customer can pay for their orders safely through Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB Bank, Nordea Bank and Danske Bank), with a credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

The payment is carried out outside the E-shop in a secure paying environment of the corresponding bank or service provider.

The Seller does not have access to the Customer’s bank or credit card information.

SHIPPING

The Customer can choose from different delivery options. The arrival of the Product depends on the postal service the Customer chose.

The ordered Product must arrive in good condition and in closed packaging. If the Product does not arrive in good condition and in closed packaging, the Customer is obligated to notify the Online Store, sending a corresponding e-mail to epood[at]lemoncosmetics(dot)ee or call the number mentioned on the homepage.

The Customer is obligated to check the correctness of their contact information before placing their order to avoid delays and misunderstandings when the Products are delivered.

The Seller takes no responsibility for delays and misunderstandings upon delivery if the delay or misunderstanding arises from incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF THE PRODUCTS

The Customer has the right to return or exchange their ordered Product within 14 days.

In the case of returns and exchanges, the Customer is obligated to inform the E-shop by sending an e-mail to epood[at]lemoncosmetics(dot)ee.

The Seller shall refund the purchase price of the Product within 7 days as of the timely arrival of the Product at the E-shop. The refund is made to the same bank account from which the Customer paid for the corresponding order.

LIABILITY

The Seller and Customer shall be liable to each other for the damage caused by violating these terms of use in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation valid in the Republic of Estonia.

The Seller is liable to the extent of the purchase price.

The Customer is obligated to use the service of the E-shop only for purposes that are legal and in accordance with good practice.

The Customer gives the Seller a clear and informed consent for processing their personal data.

The personal data given to the Seller shall be entered into the customer registry and will be used for providing sales service and offering products to the Customer.

The Seller stores the contact information and information about the purchases entered by the Customer during purchases. This information will be handled as confidential and is processed in accordance with the law. The personal data necessary for delivery will be forwarded to a business providing courier service.

The Seller may only use the Customer’s personal data for sending information about special offers and campaigns to the Customer’s e-mail address if the Customer has given their consent.

Upon signing up or making a purchase, the Customer accepts the terms of use of the E-shop and is obligated to follow them.

The contract of sale between the Seller and Customer enters into force after the purchase price is transferred to the Seller’s bank account.

The Seller has the right to alter the terms of use and prices of the products of the E-shop. A notification about the changes made shall be published in the E-shop environment. The conditions and prices valid at the time of the transaction shall be applied to the transaction.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall be solved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Customer has the right to turn to the Harju County Court, Consumer Protection Board and/or Consumer Claims Commission to defend their rights.
